Nathan Ake posts farewell message to Bournemouth following Chelsea return

Nathan AkeAke returns to Chelsea

On Sunday, Chelsea announced that Nathan Ake would be returning to Chelsea having spent the season on loan up until today at Bournemouth.

The Dutchman has been one of the most impressive Premier League performers this season and you can understand why Chelsea have brought Ake back to the Bridge.
Ake looks like a great fit for the current Chelsea side as he can play in either the left wing back role or as one of three centre backs in Antonio Conte’s preferred 3-4-3.

Ake’s farewell to Bournemouth

The 21-year-old had scored three goals for Bournemouth this season and also impressed at Watford on loan in 2015/2016.
Ake took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon and posted a farewell message to Bournemouth.
The Chelsea player wrote: “I want to say thank you to all the fans at AFC Bournemouth, I really loved my time at the club and I have learned a lot here. I also want to say thank you to the Manager, staff and players for all the support and l wish them the best for the rest of the season.
