Tope And Soji Alabi
Yoruba gospel singer, Tope Alabi has been said to have a secret love child who just got discovered.
This revelation is said to be shrouded in utmost secrecy, as it is only known to the musician’s very close family members.
According to a report by Nigerian Films, the singer who is married to her manager, Soji Alabi, had a child before entering the union which produced three children.
“Unknown to many, Tope Alabi has a love child though the child is now adopted by her husband who also doubles as her manager,” a source disclosed.
It was further made known that the singer’s secret love child (a 20-year-old female), was given birth to when the singer was 24-years-old, but sadly, the man responsible rejected her.
“They didn’t even court for long before the news got out that she was pregnant and if I must say a lot of us who were close to her couldn’t believe the reports because she was known to be a very smart lady,”the source added.
Now in her mid-forties, the singer met her husband, then a studio engineer some few years later when she went for one of her jingle recordings in Ikeja. The love child is said to be living with her mum, her mum’s husband and the other three children that God blessed Tope and Soji Alabi with in their marriage.
