Kalu Ikeagwu is speaking out following his arrest/abduction. The Nollywood actor is unhappy with the way the Nigerian Police Force handled the situation and he is also not pleased with the media for the way the story was reported.
According to him, he was not arrested but rather abducted by five men.
In a post on Instagram he says:

South African singer Yvonne Chaka Chaka survived a shootout between hijackers and police in South Africa two days ago.
One hijacking suspect was killed while another sustained injuries during the shootout in Midrand, north of Johannesburg. 3 hijackers had stolen a Mercedes-Benz panel van in Centurion when police gave chase and a shootout occured.
Gauteng police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Lungelo Dlamini said police were chasing the suspects at the time of the shootout.
"Two suspects were shot, one died at the scene and another was wounded and airlifted to
the hospital under police guard."
He said a third suspect managed to escape. Two firearms, a pistol and R4 rifle were recovered at the scene.
"Police officers were not injured. Only a vehicle was damaged on the side window," said Dlamini.
Yvonne Chaka Chaka was caught in the bullet exchange and took to Twitter to tweet about it. She was next to police when the shooting began. She tweeted that the incident was scary.
A White Tennessee college Year one student known as Tristan Rettke has been arrested by police after he wore a gorilla mask, carried rope and tried to give out bananas during a Black Lives Matter protest on Wednesday. A video published by The Johnson City Press show Tristan wearing overalls, holding a burlap sack with a marijuana leaf and Confederate flag on it while also dangling a banana with a rope towars the Black Lives Matter protesters.
Police have arrested him and charged him with 'civil rights intimidation'.

Ejike Onyejekwe, a 35-year old man has met his end in FESTAC after winning a lot of money in the lottery.
According to the Punch, the man who resided at 21 Road, K Close, FESTAC was stabbed by an unknown assailant.
After winning the lottery, Onyejekwe had splurged on his friends and threw a party last Thursday and Friday, after this, he was said to have argued with an unknown person on the phone after which he allegedly went to see whoever he was talking to but never returned.
His corpse was discovered the next day and was later identified by his friends.
The Punch reports that a resident spoke on the matter saying; "I was sipping tea around 7am when I heard the chairman blowing a whistle. I thought it was strange, but my wife called my attention to the surging crowd on the estate.
"I went downstairs and saw the corpse on the road. Like everybody, I was alarmed. We could not tell how the corpse got there or who he was. He had multiple stab injuries in the head. We all resolved that the case should be reported at the FESTAC Police Station."
Another source spoke confirming that the deceased man had won the lottery only a few days prior; "The man won a lot of money in a lottery and from last Thursday to Friday, he was asking his friends to drink at his expense.
"He was called on the phone that Friday evening and he went to meet a man. I suspect that a gang stabbed him and used an object to hit him in the head. There were bruises on his knees and it appeared they dragged him on the floor as well.
"When the police were removing his corpse, blood was dripping from his mouth and nostrils. He was murdered in cold blood."
SP Dolapo Badmos, Public Relations Officer for the police also spoke on the case stating that 2 people had already been arrested in connection to the case;"The chairman of one of the estates reported that at about 7am, he woke up and saw the victim lying lifeless with injuries on his head and body.
"The corpse was deposited at the Isolo General Hospital Mortuary for autopsy. Two suspects, Suleiman Ahmed and Ibrahim Yusuf, were arrested and the case transferred to the SCIID for further investigation."
The naira slumped to a new all-time low of 470 to the dollar on the parallel market on Wednesday, posting its biggest daily decline since the Central Bank of Nigeria adopted a flexible foreign exchange regime.
The local currency stood at 452 to the dollar at the close of trading on Tuesday, down from 445 against the greenback on Monday.
The naira closed flat at 312.99 against the dollar at the interbank market on Wednesday, according to data from FMDQ OTC Securities Exchange.
Traders and analysts said dollar liquidity remained a major challenge in the market amid surging demand pressure on the greenback by parents paying schools fees of their children studying overseas as well as travellers.
The President, Association of Bureau De Change Operators of Nigeria, Alhaji Aminu Gwadabe, told our correspondent, "The rate is N472 to the dollar as we await the kick-off of the distribution of dollars to the BDCs by Travelex on Friday.
"As we speak, no bank is dispensing dollars to the BDCs. The BDCs' accounts were debited by some banks since Monday and they are not able to pay any of the BDCs so far debited by them. This is really sending a bad signal in the market."
A currency analyst at Ecobank Nigeria, Mr. Kunle Ezun, said the parallel market was being used as a mirror of what the naira should be doing, adding, "For me, it may not really reflect naira's performance. But basically, it is a demand and supply dynamics."
According to him, the volatility in the parallel market will continue as long as the 41 items excluded from the official forex market remain banned.
"Around this time, a lot of people are paying school fees abroad and we see a lot of demand for forex for other sundry expenses or obligations. So, all of these will put pressure on the naira at the parallel market," he added.
Noting that the naira had been relatively stable in the official market, Ezun said, "But the parallel market will always respond to liquidity, which is not available. The parallel market will help you to assess the level of liquidity in the market.
"So, if liquidity is high, we will see it in the parallel market. But as we speak today, there is no liquidity in the market, and that is why we keep seeing that volatility in the parallel market."
The Ecobank analyst said the naira might hit 500 against the dollar in the coming days.
He explained, "The only way out is when there is dollar inflow into the market, and this is one of the reasons the CBN says it is not willing to cut the Monetary Policy Rate now. The idea is that why you are still trying to woo foreign investors into your fixed-income market, you should continue to be able to assure them of returns on their investment.
"What the CBN can do is to use monetary policy to keep encouraging inflows into the market."

Sam Allardyce has left his post as England manager by mutual agreement with the Football Association after one match and 67 days in charge.
It follows a newspaper investigation claiming he offered advice on how to "get around" rules on player transfers.
Allardyce, 61, is also alleged to have used his role to negotiate a deal worth £400,000 to represent a Far East firm.
An FA statement said Allardyce's conduct "was inappropriate" and Gareth Southgate will take temporary charge.
"He accepts he made a significant error of judgement and has apologised," the FA said.
"This is not a decision that was taken lightly but the FA's priority is to protect the wider interests of the game and maintain the highest standards of conduct in football.
"The manager of the England men's senior team is a position which must demonstrate strong leadership and show respect for the integrity of the game at all times."
Allardyce succeeded Roy Hodgson in July following England's disastrous performance at Euro 2016 in France and becomes the national side's shortest-serving full-time manager.
The Daily Telegraph said Allardyce met with undercover reporters posing as businessmen before he took charge of his first England training session.
During the meeting, which was recorded on camera, it is alleged Allardyce said it was "not a problem" to bypass rules on third-party player ownership and claimed he knew of agents who were "doing it all the time".
It was further alleged that a £400,000 deal was struck for him to represent the company to Far East investors and to be a keynote speaker at events.
In the meeting, Allardyce also referred to Hodgson as "Woy", making fun of his predecessor's manner of speaking, and criticised Gary Neville, one of Hodgson's assistants.

"Although it was made clear during the recorded conversations that any proposed arrangements would need the FA's full approval, I recognise I made some comments which have caused embarrassment," he added.
"As part of the meeting, I was asked to clarify what I said and the context in which the conversations took place. I have co-operated fully in this regard.

Contrary to reports that Nollywood actor Kalu Ikeagwu was abducted by gunmen in front of the gate of his house in Ogba area of Lagos around yesterday afternoon, he was allegedly arrested by security agents following a robbery and homicide case.
According to Encomium Magazine, the newly married actor was arrested by security agents, in front of his house in Ogba area of Lagos around 3:40pm, yesterday, following a robbery and homicide case.
He explained to his worried neighbours that his personal assistant bought a stolen phone from Computer Village in Ikeja, and the thieves reportedly killed one of the victims of the robbery.
He told neighbours that the crime happened in Abuja, and the phone was traced to Lagos by the security agents who later came for him since his address and name were used during the purchase.
One of the neighbours told Encomium that his arrest was in the afternoon after he dropped his step daughter at home from school. He had parked his car at the gate, dropped the girl with her mother as if he was on his way out again.
He was said to have received a call from one of the operatives who had been waiting for him. And as soon as he stepped out of the gate, he was asked if indeed he was Kalu Ikeagwu, and he confirmed his identity.
He was politely invited, but was about arguing with them when they brought out their guns. Neighbours who had tried to step in, stood back as soon as they saw the guns. He was ferried away in a bus.
By the time they left, his wife was crying.
When he returned, he went round neighbours to thank them and also explain what actually happened.
