Alice Barker, now age 102, was a chorus-line dancer during the Harlem Renaissance of the 1930s and '40s. But despite having appeared in lots of movies and TV shows, she had never seen herself dance on film.
That all changed when filmmakers decided to visit her in her nursing home to show her footage of herself in "soundies" (the music videos of the day).
Barker is enthralled and her recollections are incredible to watch. "It makes me wish I could get out of this bed and do it all over again" she shared.
