Man who killed his lover while using a cucumber as a sex toy during sex goes on trial

A German sales man, 46 year old Oliver Dietmann,  who was having kinky sex with his lover, 46 year old Rica Varna is facing a 5 year prison sentence for her death.

Dietmann said he had met Rica in 2004 as just friends but that their relationship had become sexual in 2009. According to Daily Mail, Dietmann said during their sexual relationship, they had always used vegetables in place of sex toys, vegetables like cucumbers, carrots etc for sexual pleasures.

 

He added that he had invited Rica to his house on July 19th 2014 and admitted that they had drunk four bottles of wine between them and several glasses of schnapps.

 

The court in Mannheim where Dietmann is on trial had Rica's family, her Dad and sister, in court, listening to the explicit details of the day their sister/daughter died.

 

He said on that day, after he had pleasured Rica with a cucumber, he put it it in her mouth. But then he saw smoke coming from his kitchen and ran to the kitchen, forgetting the cucumber in Rica's mouth.

He said:

"I forgot that I had put a piece of meat on the stove for my dog. 'I ran to the kitchen, fed my dog and then went on to the balcony to smoke a cigarette.'

He said by the time he returned to the bedroom, Rica was unconscious.

He added:

'I tried to get the cucumber pieces out of her mouth,' he said, 'but they were so mushy I couldn't get any purchase at all.'

Medical experts during the trial said that the cucumber had gotten wedged in her throat, when he had left her unattended and that had cut off her air supply and plunged her into a coma.

 

A verdict in the case is due on Friday.

During an interview with People magazine, model Chrissy Teigen who is expecting her first child with Husband John Legend said she had infertility issues hence used IVF method to conceive and that she picked out the gender of her baby during her IVF procedure.

She said:

"Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, 'Let's put in the girl,'"

However, not everyone approved of the sender selection. Someone said she should have adopted since she knew she had infertility issues and indirectly called her selfish. It's either this or for God to strike their enemies dead and all those who steal their luck.

Jesus is so very upset with Nigerians' prayer requests and shopping list, always calling His Name for the most trivial matters, things that would come to them naturally without sweat were they not a lazy and an unthinking bunch.

The one that really gets to Him, as He told me, is when some evil men and women parade themselves as God's messengers deceive their congregation for their own personal aggrandisement, promising heaven, money, husbands, children and wives. Titus chapter 1:10 talks about this.

I'm not sure I have successfully communicated the disgust and disdain Jesus expressed when He spoke to me last night but am only hoping that this my gentle appeal to you all goes into the very fibre of your beings like a two-edged sword, and cause a true change of heart and attitude in all and sundry.

Babysitter gets 23 years prison for killing three-month-old baby girl

A babysitter, Sarah Gumm, 33, has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for killing a three-month-old baby girl in her care. Gumm pleaded guilty to murdering Rylan Koopmeiners in Waukegan, Illinois, after the baby died of a skull fracture and cranial hemorrhage.

Gumm was trying to change Rylan's diaper and became frustrated when the little girl began squirming around. She slammed the baby's head on a wooden table, prosecutors said shortly after Rylan's death in July 2012.

Gumm cried in court today as she pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree murder and accepted a plea bargain, the Daily Herald reported.

She will serve her sentence at the Illinois Department of Corrections and will receive credit for the 1,299 days she has spent in Lake County Jail since her arrest.

'Sarah took this deal, not because she was guilty, but because she couldn't find a way to win if it went to trial,' her husband James Gumm told the Daily Herald. 'Sarah is not a murderer.'

 

An autopsy revealed that 'an extreme amount of force' must have been used to cause Rylan's injuries, Lake County Assistant State's Attorney Ari Fisz said at the time of her death.

 

Rylan's parents, Nathan and Reggan Koopmeiners, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, dropped their daughter off at Gumm's home in Waukegan at about 6:45am on July 27, 2012.

At about 4:30pm, Gumm called the police and reported that the little girl was not breathing. Rylan was rushed to Vista East Medical Center in Waukegan, where she was pronounced dead shortly after 5 pm.

 

Gumm had initially told police that the three-month-old had been sleeping when she heard a 'gurgling noise' and noticed that the baby seemed to be in distress, prompting her to call 911.

 

While Gumm told investigators that she was home all day, one of her neighbors spotted the 33-year-old woman leaving alone in a taxi that afternoon.

 

Fisz also said that authorities discovered that Gumm used her credit card twice at a local drugstore that day before calling police.

 

During a second interview with the police, Gumm allegedly admitted to going to the pharmacy and leaving the baby unsupervised at home. Fisw said Gumm then admitted to causing the baby's injuries.

'She also told police that later in the afternoon the baby was getting very fussy and squirming around while she was trying to change her on a wooden table,' Fisz said. 'She was holding the child up above the table. She got frustrated.'

Rylan's parents hired Gumm six weeks prior to the tragic incident after seeing an advertisement for her services online.

They were present for the plea announcement and thanked the prosecution team in a statement read in court, the Chicago Tribune reported.

 'We are grateful to God some form of earthly justice has been served for Rylan,' they said. 'To Rylan, we love you every moment of the day, baby girl.'
